Introduction:
We have just three rules for our guests to follow when joining us on “Selling the Dream”:
In this episode, we speak with Clement Pepe, a professional business coach and founder of Power Technology Success Coaching. Ken has been coached by Clement for over 11 years and speaks to the successes he’s achieved through his coaching. Ken’s initial skepticism gave way to establishing a coaching session with Clement every two weeks, and Ken always feels reinvigorated after a session.
Clement spent 20 years in insurance sales before realizing that he was interested in one-on-one coaching. He began his coaching practice in the early 90s after attending a motivational seminar in Moscow–at a time when success coaching wasn’t even a ‘thing.’ 30 years later at the age of 76, Clement has no intention of retiring because he enjoys the process and to him, it isn’t “work.”
Joe and Ken talk with Clement about coaching and how that ‘outside perspective’ can help anyone achieve their goals. They discuss Clement’s process with clients, and how Clement achieved his own career goals and success over the last 30 years.
